My son has been taking lessons for two years and we are very proud and happy to see his progress and accomplishments. Thank you to Shidoshi and all the kind dedicated instructors our son has become more focus and strong. He will be able to defend himself if we are not with him. The classes are well planned. They take time to make sure every student is learning the techniques appropriately. Furthermore, the kids not only get a good physical conditioning but also a weekly positive message useful for their daily lives.
My daughter started here at 4 years old. She took every lesson learned from VIP and integrated it into school and every extracurricular activity she does outside. We love watching the students become the instructors that help her learn along the way. This is a place that encourages everyone and rewards on progress. My daughter can’t wait for class and between she gets works hard to be prepared for next class because she wants to earn her next belt. That is something our family admires. The confidence and respect she’s gained is immeasurable.
We absolutely love it here! My son has been a student here since 2012, he is now a black belt and in the leadership program. He still loves going after all these years – he loves the instructors, the curriculum and has bonded with great friends. They teach more than just a sport, he has learned discipline, respect and life skills he will use forever.
I write this review as a father of 3 beautiful young ladies and let me tell you it’s scary being a parent in this day and age. We have been coming to this wonderful martial arts learning center for the past 3 years with masters that are second to none. They teach with so much enthusiasm and dedication while incorporating discipline in all of their students. The reason we chose this center over others is because the students learn practical defensive and offensive fighting styles. The students get taught based on possible situations they may encounter in the real world while in a safe controlled environment. With diligent practice and training, self-defense has become second nature for our girls leaving us feeling confident that they will be able to hold their own no matter where they end up. I highly recommend VIP International Krav Maga and Martial Arts Academy to all who are interested in having their children grow up as strong independent adults.
